What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce growth agency, is seeking a Email Designer to help shape the creative direction of high-impact campaigns. Specializing in email and SMS marketing, paid social, and creative production, this team partners with modern DTC brands to scale their growth. In this role, you’ll craft designs that not only look beautiful but also drive engagement, clicks, and conversions. If you love blending creativity with strategy, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Design engaging email and SMS templates tailored for DTC brands.
• Translate strategic ideas into visuals that tell compelling stories and drive results.
• Iterate designs quickly based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Refine and improve design processes to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging brand aesthetics to keep work fresh.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in email marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio highlighting email design and brand identity projects.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and email design platforms.
• Knowledge of email design best practices, deliverability, and engagement principles.
• Experience working with DTC brands and understanding of e-commerce customer journeys.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design choices clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with conversion optimization principles.
• Background in designing for subscription-based or consumable product brands.
