What we're looking for
A US-based consumer healthcare company is scaling access to personalized dermatology care through a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. You will own the complete growth engine, managing approximately $1M/month in paid acquisition spend and driving profitable growth across multiple brands. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the growth strategy, operating cadence, and budget allocation across paid acquisition, landing pages, lifecycle programs, and conversion optimization.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire customer journey, from awareness through retention.
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs, including welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, upsells, and winback initiatives.
- Partner with paid media and creative teams to improve testing velocity, campaign performance, and creative quality.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations, own growth dashboards, and produce clear weekly and monthly performance readouts.
- Use AI and automation tools to create scalable systems for reporting, creative production, and growth operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience in DTC or e-commerce environments, with proven ability to scale brands at meaningful revenue and spend levels.
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, creative testing, landing page optimization, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
- Fluency with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, payback period, CVR, AOV, contribution margin) and how to optimize across these tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and run structured experiments across the full customer journey.
- Experience with landing page creation tools (including no-code and AI-powered solutions) and comfort contributing to creative strategy.
- Clear communicator who can turn data into priorities, decisions, and team alignment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, beauty, wellness, skincare, or telehealth categories.
- Background scaling subscription e-commerce models.
- Direct experience managing or partnering closely with media buyers, creative strategists, designers, and lifecycle teams.
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate creative production, reporting, research, and operational workflows.
