What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing US-based consumer goods brand that is scaling rapidly across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. The team operates with a lean startup mindset, doing a lot with very little, and values high ownership, low ego, and strong collaboration. You will play a critical role in building structure, improving operations, and ensuring seamless fulfillment across partners and channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Own wholesale logistics, including coordinating shipments to Target.
• Provide clear demand forecasts and align with 3PL capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment, shipping, and inventory issues across partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
• Build processes, cadences, and reporting to bring structure to logistics operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships from the brand side.
• Strong track record negotiating, optimizing, and troubleshooting 3PL partnerships.
• Deep expertise in shipping to Target, including labeling and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and EDI systems, including implementation or management.
• Direct-to-consumer experience, ideally with Shopify.
• Background in CPG and a subject matter expert mindset with high ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Amazon logistics and fulfillment.
• Exposure to retail partners like Costco or Walmart.
