What we're looking for 

You’re a highly creative video editor who can also think strategically and tell compelling stories. You know how to take an existing brand and content strategy and translate it into scroll-stopping video ideas that actually connect. You’re just as comfortable executing edits as you are identifying trends and shaping concepts, especially in the women’s wellness space.

Our client is a fast-growing US-based wellness company creating science-backed supplements designed specifically for women’s hormonal and menstrual health. Their products are developed by scientists and grounded in research, with a strong focus on reducing inflammation, supporting cycle balance, and improving overall well-being. The brand strategy is already defined, and now they need you to bring it to life through video.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate the existing brand and content strategy into engaging video concepts for web, social, and ads.
  • Edit high-quality videos for organic social content, UGC-style assets, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Develop creative hooks, narratives, and story arcs that resonate with women and feel authentic.
  • Identify trends in short-form video and adapt them to fit the brand’s voice and mission.
  • Collaborate closely with a remote creative team during weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Balance strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on hands-on video editing.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a video editor, ideally with brands in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Solid understanding of social-first video, especially content that feels organic and native.
  • Experience creating UGC-style videos and paid ad creatives.
  • Comfort working with creative strategy, even if execution is your main strength.
  • Familiarity with women’s wellness or an intuitive understanding of the women’s space.


Nice to Have

  • Motion design skills or experience adding subtle animation to videos.
  • Background in creative strategy for performance marketing.
  • Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
