What we're looking for
A highly detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Ads Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon advertising efforts across both Seller Central and Vendor Central. This role requires deep familiarity with Amazon's ad platform, campaign optimization, keyword strategy, reporting, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is someone who fully understands the Amazon ecosystem (advertising, organic growth, promotions, A+ content, etc.) and can take ownership of performance without constant oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and targeting optimization to maximize ROAS.
- Monitor budgets and KPIs (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations for growth or cost efficiency.
- Stay current on Amazon algorithm updates, ad trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategy with product launches, promotions, and inventory levels.
- Troubleshoot campaign, listing, or account issues promptly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads (Seller and Vendor Central).
- Deep knowledge of Amazon’s advertising platform, analytics, and optimization best practices.
- Proven success driving performance improvements across large-scale campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience with US or UK Amazon marketplaces.
- Familiarity with third-party tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua).
- Basic knowledge of Amazon SEO and flat file listing optimizations.
