What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company focused on scaling multiple consumer brands through TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and paid media. The team is performance-driven, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on building meaningful creator relationships that drive revenue.


This is a relationship-first role where you will manage a large network of creators and turn outreach into long-term partnerships. You will not create content yourself. Instead, you will build and nurture the community that does.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source, vet, and qualify TikTok creators across key brand categories.
  • Run high-volume outreach and manage 200+ active creator conversations.
  • Own relationships with top-tier creators, including weekly calls and proactive check-ins.
  • Build and maintain an organized creator database with performance insights.
  • Coordinate deals, briefs, timelines, and payments with internal teams.
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics such as outreach, conversion, and creator performance.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer outreach, creator management, or community roles.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume pipelines with strong organization and follow-up discipline.
  • Experience managing priority creators while balancing a larger community.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and what makes a creator commercially effective.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in hosting calls with large creator groups.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Reacher, and Discord.


Nice to Have

  • Background in agencies or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or performance-based creator partnerships.
  • Familiarity with creator analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands.
