What we're looking for 

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help keep campaigns, teams, and operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, and enjoys being at the center of creative and strategic collaboration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, processes are optimized, and clients receive seamless service.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using ClickUp (or similar tools).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media buying) to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining clarity and accountability across projects.
  • Assist with Meta Ads Manager campaign setup, including creative uploads and copy input.
  • Organize assets, approvals, and research into actionable briefs and campaign materials.
  • Act as a key communication link between internal teams and clients, ensuring updates are clear and timely.
  • Support leadership in refining processes, implementing optimizations, and driving efficiency.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of project management experience (preferably in a marketing agency).
  • Proficiency with Slack, ClickUp, or other project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, especially with Google Drive.
  • Ability to improve processes, suggest new ideas, and implement optimizations or automations.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent communication and multitasking skills.


Nice to Have

  • Interest in AI and emerging digital tools.
  • Experience supporting Meta Ads campaigns (e.g., uploading creative assets, inputting copy, QA)
  • Familiarity with other project management platforms (Monday, Asana, Notion).
