What we're looking for
You will join a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency that partners with consumer brands to drive scalable, data-led growth. The team blends strategy, creative, and technology to build high-impact marketing systems that go beyond campaigns and deliver measurable results.
You will step into a senior leadership role at the intersection of creative, media, and growth. You will shape how performance creative is developed, tested, and scaled across a diverse client portfolio, while mentoring a team of strategists and influencing cross-functional decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end performance creative strategy across key client accounts, from planning to analysis.
- Build and scale creative testing frameworks that drive consistent performance improvements.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists.
- Partner with media, growth, and production teams to align creative with overall marketing strategy.
- Define and implement playbooks, SOPs, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social creative.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing creative or strategy teams.
- Strong direct response marketing and copywriting expertise.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Motion, Atria, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Motion first creative experience, especially for paid social performance.
- AI forward thinker who actively uses AI tools to enhance creative output, testing velocity, or strategic insights.
Nice to Have
- Experience in DTC, CPG, or e-commerce brands.
- Background in media buying or close collaboration with media teams.
- Experience building scalable creative systems across multiple accounts.
