What we're looking for 

A fast-growing digital advertising agency specializing in Paid Social and Paid Search is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join their fully remote team. You will own client relationships end-to-end, driving strategy and performance across leading Paid Social platforms for e-commerce and lead generation businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven thinking and strong client communication. 


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own full-service account management across a portfolio of high-spend clients, covering strategy through to execution within a structured pod team.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with no manual ad builds required (dedicated tooling handles it).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identify trends, and make proactive adjustments to hit CPA and ROAS goals.
  • Leverage AI tools (including a Claude integration connected to a live data warehouse) to drive smarter decisions and faster insights.
  • Collaborate with a campaign manager and campaign executive within your pod, and work closely with the Head of Growth and a senior platform rep.


Requirements

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads, including audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage high-budget accounts across e-commerce and lead generation verticals.
  • Sharp analytical skills with a habit of turning data into strategy, not just reporting.
  • Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to simplify Paid Social concepts for non-technical business owners.
  • An owner mentality: self-directed, detail-oriented, and someone who finishes what they start.
  • Based in Canada, with availability to align with Eastern timezone hours (ideally starting around 8 a.m. ET).


Nice to Have

  • Google Ads experience.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, data warehouses, or automation workflows.
  • Agency background or experience managing multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.
