What we're looking for 

You will join a historic Las Vegas steakhouse known for its premium cuts, timeless dining experience, and deep-rooted celebrity history. This is a brand with legacy, but also a strong ambition to grow through modern digital storytelling. The team values creativity, speed, and collaboration, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing.


In this role, you will take ownership of short-form video content across paid and organic channels, creating high-performing ads and engaging social content at scale. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance creative intuition with performance data, and enjoys iterating quickly to improve results.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create weekly paid social ads, developing 2 to 3 creative directions with multiple variations.
  • Edit 3 to 4 organic short-form videos or GIFs per week for social platforms.
  • Transform raw footage from in-house shoots and influencers into engaging content.
  • Optimize videos for Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and adapt for TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with paid media and marketing teams in weekly meetings.
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative feedback.


Requirements

  • Strong execution-focused video editing skills with a sharp eye for pacing and storytelling.
  • Proven experience creating high-performing paid ads for Meta platforms.
  • Background in DTC brands and performance marketing environments.
  • Ability to interpret metrics such as CTR and audience drop-off rates.
  • Comfortable editing content tailored to a 45 to 65 audience demographic.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fast turnaround production workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working in a collaborative, video-on culture.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with food, hospitality, or pantry-related brands.
  • Background in marketing emotional or lifestyle-driven products.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including tools like Claude.
  • Motion graphics skills for logos, typography, and brand elements.
