We’re partnering with a well-known US-based consumer e-commerce brand in the lifestyle and gifting space. This company is known for its innovative, fun, and design-forward products, and operates as a close-knit, fully remote team that values collaboration, clear communication, and a no-drama culture.

You’ll join a highly collaborative marketing and merchandising team where your ideas are heard, and your impact is visible. This is a great fit if you enjoy balancing execution with creativity and love making online shopping experiences better every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Upload product imagery and refine descriptions, including editing AI-generated copy.
• Execute merchandising strategies to showcase products and support launches.
• Implement SEO best practices across product pages and site content.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Shopify and GA4.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team in meetings and planning sessions.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or site merchandising.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Proven ability to manage and merchandise large product catalogs.
• Solid understanding of SEO and how to apply it in an e-commerce context.
• Strong writing and editing skills for product descriptions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, camera-on environment.

Nice to Have

• Background in copywriting or content creation.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar.
• Familiarity with GA4 and performance reporting.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday or Asana.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
