What we're looking for 

You’re a creative Graphic Designer who enjoys visual storytelling and understands how strong design builds audience connection. You’ll join a fast-growing US-based podcast production company that works with multiple shows across different niches. The team values creativity, ownership, and collaboration, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how podcasts look and feel across major platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

This is a full-time, remote role where you’ll partner closely with the founder and creative team to bring podcast brands to life through artwork, thumbnails, and sponsorship materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design custom podcast episode thumbnails in square, horizontal, and vertical formats for YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
• Create original podcast artwork that reflects each show’s personality and audience.
• Develop overall brand guides for shows, including color palettes and typefaces.
• Support the creation and design of sponsorship and media kit decks.
• Collaborate with producers and creatives to evolve and improve show visuals over time.
• Own quality control and ensure all assets are polished before delivery.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with a sharp creative eye and attention to detail.
• Experience creating digital assets for media, content, or brand-driven projects.
• Ability to work independently with light guidance and clear direction.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with a remote team.
• A high sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Availability to work full-time, aligned with Eastern Time.
• Experience designing for podcasts, YouTube, or digital media brands.
• Familiarity with branding systems and visual identity development.

Nice to Have

• Motion or basic animation skills for future visual experiments.
