What We’re Looking For
Our client, a fast-growing wellness brand known for its neuro energy and focus products, is seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with data—transforming performance insights into engaging, scroll-stopping ad creatives that drive measurable impact.
You’ll collaborate with the Growth, Media, and Creative teams to produce high-performing digital assets for platforms like TikTok and Meta, constantly refining and iterating based on real-time results.
Responsibilities
- Produce ad creative iterations (static, animated, and short-form video assets) optimized for TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Translate performance data into design decisions—enhancing high-performing assets and reimagining underperformers.
- Adapt and repurpose brand assets into multiple ad formats, aspect ratios, and hooks tailored for each platform.
- Partner with Growth and Media teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals, audience insights, and brand voice.
- Experiment with visuals, copy hooks, and storytelling techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on social platform trends and best practices to keep creative fresh, relevant, and engaging
Requirements
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and platform-specific ad specs.
- Performance-driven mindset—comfortable iterating quickly and designing for testing and optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creative iterations simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics, short-form video editing, or simple animation.
- Background in designing ads for CPG, wellness, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Experience with print design—a big plus!
