In partnership with Proppel, Cheers is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to modernize and take full ownership of their data warehouse. This is a high impact role where you will redesign architecture, implement a clean Bronze, Silver, Gold structure, eliminate manual reporting, and enable true self serve analytics across Growth, Finance, and Ops.

This is not a maintenance job.

You will work across Shopify, Amazon, paid media, retention platforms, and more, transforming a legacy system into a modern, scalable analytics engine that leadership can trust.

We are looking for someone with strong SQL and advanced data modeling experience, deep familiarity with modern warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery, and hands on experience with ELT pipelines and transformation frameworks such as dbt. You should be comfortable stepping into messy systems, defining standards, documenting logic, implementing data quality checks, and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
