What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing US-based SaaS startup building a powerful sales productivity tool that connects LinkedIn with HubSpot. The team is product-driven and moves quickly, releasing new features regularly. You will work closely with the founders and tech team in a low-meeting, high-impact environment where curiosity and initiative are valued.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage customer support across email, chat, and occasional calls.
  • Respond to product questions clearly and efficiently.
  • Run onboarding calls and guide users through the platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues and document bug reports for the development team.
  • Route sales-related inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting FAQs and insights.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional tone.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technical teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tech or marketing tech tools.
  • Familiarity with Stripe or billing platforms.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Strong interest in technology and SaaS products.
