What We’re Looking For

You’ll be joining a fast-growing US-based growth marketing agency that supports leading direct-to-consumer brands. The team blends creative strategy with data-driven execution, and you’ll work closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and tech specialists in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

This role is a mix of hands-on email and SMS execution and organized, people-focused account management. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients while ensuring flawless technical delivery across all lifecycle marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deploy email and SMS campaigns inside Klaviyo, including QA, segmentation, and flow setup.
• Coordinate daily with design, copy, and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables are on time and fully aligned with client goals.
• Support client calls, translate needs into actionable tasks, and maintain strong relationships.
• Build project plans, manage timelines, and keep all stakeholders updated on progress.
• Gather performance data, organize reporting, and prepare materials for monthly strategy reviews.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Background working in agencies or other fast-paced, multitasking environments.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially in client-facing conversations.
• Comfortable working US hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting strategists with performance insights and growth recommendations.
• Familiarity with SMS platforms or additional email tools.
• Understanding of creative production workflows.
