They're looking for a Brand Design Lead who can shape where the brand is going, not just execute on where it's been. This is a role for a creative leader who thinks strategically and executes independently, someone who thrives at the intersection of brand vision and performance.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve Cheers' visual identity, setting the creative direction across campaigns, product launches, and always-on channels.
• Translate business and growth goals into creative frameworks that scale across the full customer journey.
• Lead concept development for paid media, email, landing pages, Amazon, and packaging.
• Build and maintain design systems and workflows that allow the team to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Lifecycle, and E-commerce teams to test, iterate, and improve creative performance.
• Bring a strategic perspective to every project, from brief to final asset.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in brand design, creative strategy, or a design leadership role.
• A portfolio that shows concept-driven work and performance creative, not just polished execution.
• Experience owning design at a brand (in-house) with minimal oversight.
• Proven ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on production.
• Strong understanding of designing for both brand equity and conversion.
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Background in wellness, supplements, beauty, or consumer health.
• Familiarity with Amazon creative and listing optimization.
• Experience building design systems for high-growth DTC teams.
