What we're looking for 

You’ll join a US-based digital marketing agency focused on driving high-quality lead generation for a diverse portfolio of clients. The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with a senior Paid Media Lead while owning day-to-day campaign execution. This role is ideal if you enjoy solving problems and keeping campaigns running smoothly without constant oversight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Perform QA on campaigns, account changes, and tracking setups.
• Build, troubleshoot, and maintain conversion tracking.
• Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy.
• Run weekly optimizations, including bids, budgets, and targeting adjustments.
• Handle day-to-day account support, including fixing issues when things break.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Strong QA skills and attention to detail across campaigns and setups.
• Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and optimizations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Reliability, adaptability, and integrity in managing tasks without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programmatic advertising.
• Background working in an agency environment.
• Ability to handle first-level support requests independently.
