What we're looking for 

You’re a Paid Media Specialist who builds, launches, and optimizes Meta campaigns. You’re comfortable working hands-on inside Meta Ads Manager, managing multiple client accounts, and following proven frameworks to drive performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow alongside experienced paid media leaders.


You’ll join a fast-growing US-based digital marketing company that partners with e-commerce and B2B brands to scale through performance-driven advertising. The culture is analytical, collaborative, and focused on doing great work.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and launch conversion-focused Meta campaigns across multiple client ad accounts.
  • Load and QA creative assets (static, video, UGC) with precision and consistency.
  • Manage Meta Advantage+ settings and automations intentionally.
  • Perform daily and weekly performance checks, pacing reviews, and optimizations.
  • Pause underperforming ads, adjust budgets, and rotate creative based on data.
  • Share performance insights, screenshots, and summaries with internal stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience launching, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns.
  • E-commerce advertising experience.
  • Comfort executing within established frameworks and processes.
  • Experience supporting paid media reporting using dashboards or analytics tools.
  • Ability to summarize performance and optimizations clearly in writing.
  • Comfortable pulling screenshots, charts, and short insights for internal or client decks.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.


Nice to Have

  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with bulk upload tools like AdNova.
  • Experience using Motion Creative Analytics or similar tools.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for ad copy, testing ideas, or internal documentation.
