What we're looking for 

A leading US-based makeup and beauty brand is looking for a Graphic Designer with a social-first mindset to join their creative team. You'll be the go-to designer for social media assets, while also supporting digital, print, and email design across the brand. If you love beauty, bold visuals, and fast-moving creative work, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and retouch assets for the brand's social media channels, both paid and organic.
• Create graphics for campaigns, including product content, launch assets, and hiring posts.
• Support the wider creative team with digital, print, and email design projects.
• Collaborate closely with both the creative team and a separate social media team within marketing.
• Ensure every asset is polished, on-brand, and visually consistent across channels.
• Report directly to the Creative Director.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social-first work (social assets, retouching, and graphic creation for social channels).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and email.
• A solid grasp of visual storytelling, typography, and on-brand design.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work smoothly across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Video editing experience.
• Animated GIF creation skills.
• Experience working with US-based brands or DTC/e-commerce companies.
