What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Performance Content Creator to join a fast-growing in-house creative and media team, an experienced digital marketer with a passion for scaling e-commerce brands.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on producing high-performing creative assets — primarily for paid social and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance, turning briefs into engaging video and static content that drives measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative briefs from the Creative Director and produce high-quality video and static assets for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage a consistent workflow of 5–10 briefs per week, each with multiple variations (2–5+ versions per brief).
- Ensure fast turnaround times and delivery without backlog — speed and efficiency are key measures of success.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team and PM to meet deadlines and manage asset organization in Google Drive and Frame.io.
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling.
- Support the team’s shift from static-first to video-first content (targeting ~60% video and 40% static).
- Receive and apply feedback effectively, iterating quickly based on performance insights or creative direction.
- Participate in creative testing discussions and learn from performance data (no reporting required).
- Contribute to a fun, laid-back, and humorous team culture that values creativity and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing content creation, preferably in e-commerce or DTC.
- Proficiency in CapCut — this is the team’s primary video editing tool.
- Strong Canva skills for static and lightweight design assets.
- Demonstrated experience creating ads or UGC-style content for paid social.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely via Slack and Asana.
- Portfolio of relevant creative work that shows strong storytelling and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the supplement, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) — not required for daily work.
- Understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.
- Experience collaborating in Frame.io, Google Drive, and Atria (or similar performance tracking tools).
- Interest in growing into creative strategy or client-facing roles over time.
