What we're looking for 

We’re hiring a Paid Social Video Editor to join a fast-growing US-based health and wellness brand focused on science-backed nutrition and longevity products.


You will help create compelling video ads that educate and convert. The brand blends scientific credibility with modern storytelling, producing content that feels both informative and engaging across social platforms.


You will work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative, editing performance-driven paid social ads using product B-roll, stock footage, and creator content. This is an execution-focused role at first, but there is strong potential to grow into a more creative position where you can contribute ideas and help shape campaigns.


The team is lean, collaborative, and highly focused on quality. They value editors with strong visual taste, attention to nuance, and an instinct for selecting the right visuals to bring a story to life.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit paid social ads for Meta and other platforms.
  • Combine product B-roll, stock footage, and creator or influencer content into compelling video ads.
  • Execute edits based on scripts and briefs provided by the creative team.
  • Source and select high-quality stock footage that matches the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Iterate on ads based on feedback from the performance marketing team.
  • Support additional video needs, such as organic social content or educational videos.


Requirements

  • Strong experience editing paid social ads for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with US brands and social media creative standards.
  • Deep understanding of social video formats, hooks, and performance-driven structures.
  • Expertise using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional editing tools.
  • Ability to follow briefs and scripts closely while elevating the final edit.
  • Excellent visual taste and sensibility, especially when selecting stock footage and B-roll.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with health, wellness, or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with creator or influencer content workflows.
  • Awareness of social media trends and evolving content formats.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas and concepts over time.
  • Basic understanding of paid social performance metrics.
