What we're looking for 

Our client, a mission-driven health brand reinventing family wellness, is hiring an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage the logistics backbone that powers their online experience. This role goes beyond routine e-commerce operations — it’s about ensuring all systems work seamlessly, resolving exceptions, and keeping the fulfillment pipeline running with precision. The ideal candidate understands how logistics impacts the customer journey and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every task.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve daily order issues such as bad addresses, unfulfilled orders, and manual processing for influencer shipments.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners: schedule shipments, file delivery-day support tickets, and confirm inventory receipt.
• Match orders across platforms, copy tracking numbers, and keep Shopify records updated and accurate.
• Manage TikTok Shop logistics, proactively addressing fulfillment exceptions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Communicate clearly with customers, warehouse staff, and shipping providers to ensure smooth, on-time operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, spreadsheets, and 3PL software.
• Previous exposure to US-based e-commerce workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong ownership over responsibilities.
• Comfortable handling logistics issues and coordinating directly with vendors or support teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with TikTok Shop logistics.
• Prior work with influencer order management.
• Familiarity with creating and managing purchase orders and packing slips.
