What we're looking for

Our client, a fast-growing creative agency specializing in performance design for e-commerce brands and agencies, is seeking an Onboarding specialist to join their fully remote team. You’ll play a key role in making sure new clients have a smooth, professional, and supportive onboarding experience. If you enjoy organizing workflows, helping clients succeed, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate client onboarding workflows across tools and platforms.
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are clearly tracked and respected.
• Prepare client accounts and documentation, ensuring access and readiness.
• Act as the go-to support person for new clients during onboarding.
• Assist internal teams by keeping information organized and accessible.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client onboarding, or operations coordination (preferably in a startup or service-based environment).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable using Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and project management or CRM systems.
• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to fix.
• Empathetic and patient when supporting both clients and team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international companies.
• Based in Argentina.
• Familiarity with creative agencies, design, or e-commerce brands.
