What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing boutique performance marketing and creative agency specializing in hospitality and lifestyle brands, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their lean, globally distributed team. The agency needs someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings deep paid media expertise, and can help maintain top-tier client performance as the business scales. You’ll start hands-on with campaign execution and quickly grow into full ownership of accounts and strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads for hospitality, lifestyle, and eCommerce brands.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management — from setup and testing to optimization and performance reporting.
  • Support the founder and account director with performance insights and client updates, stepping in confidently for client communications when needed.
  • Build reports that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations to non-technical clients.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks in ClickUp, keeping projects organized, up to date, and moving forward without reminders.


Requirements

  • Agency experience is mandatory — minimum 2 years managing paid media accounts in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (TikTok Ads experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management, accountability, and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable using ClickUp and ChatGPT to accelerate workflow and streamline reporting.
  • Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with UK working hours.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or eCommerce clients.
  • Familiarity with creative strategy or performance-driven storytelling.
  • Knowledge of attribution models or conversion tracking setup.
