What we're looking for 

A fast-growing UK-based performance creative agency is looking for a talented Motion and Video Editor to join their team. They produce high-impact ad creative across major platforms and work with a diverse roster of clients at a fast agency pace. This is a team where collaboration is built into the daily rhythm, and AI is actively shaping how creative work gets done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit a high volume of varied video formats across multiple clients, including high production ads, podcast-style content, street interviews, UGC, and lo-fi content.
• Create and deliver strong motion graphics across a range of briefs and content types.
• Produce performance ad creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google DemandGen.
• Adapt your editing style and quality standards to suit each content format and client.
• Contribute to internal brand content alongside client work.

Requirements

• Strong motion graphics skills with a portfolio that proves it.
• Hands-on experience editing high production ads, podcast-style content, street style, UGC, and lo-fi formats.
• An agency background with the ability to switch between clients and content types quickly without dropping quality.
• A sharp eye for what makes each format work and how quality differs across them.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-generated content or AI video workflows.
• An awareness of creative strategy and what makes performance content convert.
