What we’re looking for

Our client, a fast-growing US-based growth marketing agency in its early stages, is seeking a Performance Content Creator to deliver high-quality creative that drives measurable results. This role is critical to supporting existing client campaigns and scaling the agency’s creative capacity. You’ll be working directly with the founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit performance-focused content, including static graphics and short-form videos for paid media campaigns.
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging creative that aligns with client goals.
• Produce brand teardowns, case study decks, and other content to support lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to prioritize creative needs and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
• Manage creative production independently with minimal supervision, ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within paid media or growth marketing environments.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Understanding of direct-response marketing principles and performance-driven creative.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience producing creative specifically for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ads.
• Familiarity with building pitch decks, case studies, or brand breakdowns.
• Previous experience working with marketing agencies or fast-moving startups.
