What we're looking for 

A fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency is looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid campaigns across multiple direct-to-consumer e-commerce accounts. You will be the strategic and tactical force behind client growth, managing campaigns from execution through optimization and reporting. This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks in data, and knows that great media buying is about more than adjusting bids. 


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), and YouTube, aligned to each client's goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor account performance daily, identify opportunities and issues, and act on them quickly, including outside standard hours when something urgent comes up.
  • Own budget management across multiple accounts, making smart allocation decisions based on efficiency and incremental impact.
  • Analyze platform data and report performance clearly using Google Sheets, translating numbers into actionable insights, not just summaries.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to flag what is working at the creative level and contribute to testing frameworks over time.
  • Grow into creative analysis and media mix strategy as you take on larger and more complex accounts.


Requirements

  • 2 or more years of hands-on media buying experience with proven results.
  • Direct experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Strong background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce advertising.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, and MER.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at once with strong attention to timelines and detail.
  • Availability to respond outside of standard hours when account issues arise.


Nice to Have

  • Agency experience.
  • TikTok Ads experience.
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale, North Beam, or Motion for attribution and creative reporting.
