What We’re Looking For

A fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising and video production for health, wellness, skincare, SaaS, and D2C brands is looking for a Paid Social Creative Designer. This is a performance-driven, ego-free team that values transparency, strong opinions on quality, and real results.


As they continue to scale and sign new clients, they’re expanding their creative team. You’ll work closely with creative strategists and leadership to bring high-converting static ads to life, turning sharp copy and clear strategy into scroll-stopping visuals that drive clicks and purchases.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-converting static ads for paid social campaigns
  • Translate direct response copy into compelling, benefit-focused visuals
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to execute concepts based on performance data
  • Iterate on ads based on feedback and results, optimizing for CTR and purchases
  • Manage multiple projects in Asana, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Occasionally support with light motion graphics or video editing if needed


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or eCommerce environment
  • Strong direct response static ad experience with a portfolio to prove it
  • Deep understanding of what makes ads convert across Meta and other paid platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, not Canva-level templating
  • Experience working from briefs and visually emphasizing key benefits in ad creative
  • Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to manage multiple projects


Nice to Have

  • Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere or After Effects
  • Performance marketing knowledge and understanding of metrics like CTR, clicks, and purchases
  • Experience with UGC-style creative
  • Familiarity with Figma, Asana, and FileStage
  • Interest in evolving into creative strategy over time
