You’ll work closely with the founder of a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand that designs and sells innovative EMF-blocking apparel and accessories. The company blends proprietary fabric technology with wearable, everyday designs, and is scaling aggressively after crossing eight figures in revenue. The culture is practical, fast-moving, and focused on results over fluff.


If you’ve supported a Head of Growth or Head of E-commerce at a Shopify DTC brand, or worked in E-commerce Coordinator, Marketing Ops, or Growth Ops roles, this role will feel natural.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Set up and launch SMS campaigns from the marketing calendar.
  • Publish Meta ads once creatives are approved and ready.
  • QA links, UTMs, offers, tracking, and landing pages before launch.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaigns and tests.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and freelancers to keep execution moving.
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance data and update dashboards.
  • Flag issues early like CPA spikes, tracking errors, or revenue dips.
  • QA discounts, bundles, and offers during launches.
  • Sync with operations when inventory or shipping impacts campaigns.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across tools, data, and multiple workflows.
  • Fast execution style with low ego and high reliability.
  • Experience or quick-learning ability with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Asana or Notion.
  • Confidence supporting emails, ads, landing pages, and website updates.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Light experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Interest in growing into more ownership and responsibility over time.
