What we're looking for 

A fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency is expanding its social commerce division and needs a TikTok Ad Media Buyer. You will own the paid strategy across 8 to 10 high-revenue DTC brands, working alongside a close-knit team that moves fast and values results over process.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, launch, and optimize Video Shopping Ads (VSA) and Product Shopping Ads (PSA) in TikTok Ads Manager across multiple e-commerce accounts.
  • Manage real-time bidding and traffic orchestration for Live Shopping Ads (LSA) during peak brand events and promotions.
  • Identify top-performing affiliate content in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and scale it via Spark Ads and GMV Max.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop Seller Center health, keeping ad spend, inventory levels, and promotions in sync.
  • Partner with creative teams to rapid-test hooks and transitions using AI-driven insights and TikTok-native trends.
  • Deliver in-depth reporting on ROAS, CAC, and settled GMV, translating TikTok attribution into a clear, actionable strategy.


Requirements

  • 3 or more years in Paid Social, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience (ideally across multiple shops).
  • Expert-level command of TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and TikTok Affiliate Center.
  • Proven track record managing monthly budgets of $100K or more with a DTC focus.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data modeling), Looker Studio, and TikTok Creative Center.
  • Familiarity with AI video tools such as CapCut, Symphony, or generative AI hooks.
  • Full professional English proficiency for client-facing communication and reporting.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
  • TikTok Academy certifications in Media Buying and Shop tracks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
