What we're looking for 

Our US client, a wellness-focused skincare brand, is seeking a Sr. Video Editor to craft high-performing Meta ads using UGC and influencer content. This role is essential for supporting growth by transforming raw video assets into engaging and conversion-focused creative. The ideal candidate is experienced in DTC, understands the nuances of skincare and beauty audiences, and can work efficiently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC, voiceover, and mashup-style ads for Meta platforms using provided raw content.
• Apply storytelling principles to cut cohesive narratives that support a clear marketing angle.
• Maintain platform-safe zones, optimize audio levels, and adapt volume for social media use.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver fast, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Use editing tools like CapCut or equivalent to streamline video turnaround.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience editing ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Proven expertise with UGC editing, voiceover integration, and short-form storytelling.
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar fast-editing tools.
• Strong understanding of what performs on Meta (hooks, pacing, volume, safe zones).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and alignment to fast-moving team culture.

Nice to have

• Background in skincare, beauty, or wellness content.
• Experience working with creative agencies or US-based brands.
