What We’re Looking For

Our client, a creative social advertising and video production agency based in Amsterdam, is seeking a UGC Video Editor to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes short-form social content and knows how to turn raw footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping videos. You’ll work closely with brands across the Netherlands, Europe, and the US, editing content that drives engagement and results across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for organic and paid social campaigns.
• Translate trends into creative formats that fit client brands.
• Build engaging hooks, pacing, captions, and variants for A/B testing.
• Transform UGC, brand assets, and shoots into compelling ad creatives.
• Collaborate with strategy and performance teams to learn and iterate quickly.
• Manage high-volume outputs while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience editing for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or YouTube.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects/CapCut is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, and trends.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Frame.io, Notion, or similar tools.
• Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
