What We’re Looking For
Our client, a fast-growing North American marketing platform connecting top brands with everyday consumers, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of their in-house media buying. With monthly budgets of $300K–$400K across multiple verticals, this role is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful growth and build structured performance marketing from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the CMO and a collaborative creative team to scale campaigns, optimize efficiency, and strengthen internal marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid media campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok, Google, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
- Manage and scale budgets of $200K+ monthly with accountability for performance and ROI.
- Implement advanced analytics, attribution, and structured reporting beyond CAC/ROAS (e.g., hook/hold rates, creative performance).
- Establish naming conventions and structured testing for creative and audience segmentation.
- Leverage attribution platforms such as Triple Whale and Northbeam to refine insights.
- Collaborate with the CMO on strategy, integrations, and roadmaps for new product launches.
- Transition media buying from external agencies into a scalable internal capability.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets ($200K–$400K/month).
- Background in a high-growth company or digital agency.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution and performance reporting.
- Ability to confidently challenge ideas and drive accountability to avoid costly delays.
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching and scaling campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Familiarity with advanced testing methodologies in creative and audience segmentation.
- Prior exposure to third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam).
