What we're looking for 

You’re a performance-driven paid media expert who loves owning the numbers and building structure where there is none. Our client is a fast-growing North American marketing platform that connects top brands with everyday consumers. They operate across multiple verticals and pride themselves on a hands-on, collaborative culture where testing, learning, and moving fast are part of the day-to-day.


This is an opportunity to take full ownership of in-house media buying, manage serious budgets, and help shape how performance marketing is run from the inside. You’ll partner closely with the CMO and a creative team that values data-backed decisions and strong experimentation.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok, Google, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and scale budgets of $200K+ monthly with accountability for performance and ROI.
  • Build advanced analytics and reporting frameworks that go beyond basic CAC and ROAS.
  • Set up naming conventions, testing structures, and clear processes for creative and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the CMO on strategy, new product launches, and long-term media roadmaps.
  • Lead the transition from agency-led buying to a scalable, high-performing in-house operation.


Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing large paid media budgets ($200K+ per month).
  • Background in a high-growth startup or performance-focused digital agency.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of attribution and performance measurement.
  • Confidence to challenge ideas, push for clarity, and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior experience using attribution tools like Triple Whale or Northbeam.


Nice to Have

  • Experience launching and scaling campaigns across multiple verticals.
  • Familiarity with structured creative testing and audience experimentation.
