What We’re Looking For

Our client, a US-based company leading innovation in supplements for smarter drinking, is seeking a Data Engineer for a project-based contract (6–12 months). With a strong foundation in science and consumer trust, this company develops research-backed products designed to help people enjoy alcohol on their own terms. As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building and optimizing data infrastructure, ensuring reliable integrations, and making data accessible and meaningful across the organization.



What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain integrations with external APIs (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Katana, etc.).
  • Ensure robust error monitoring and highly reliable data pipelines.
  • Clean, optimize, and manage AWS Redshift database structures.
  • Extend and optimize workflows within Integrate.io ETL, with custom processing in AWS Lambda.
  • Develop curated datasets, custom tables, and user-friendly exports for Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Document and communicate data processes to ensure alignment with business goals.


What You Bring

  • Strong experience with SQL database design, optimization, and data cleaning.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS Redshift and AWS Lambda.
  • Proven experience integrating with APIs using common authorization protocols.
  • Proficiency in Node.js (preferred) and Python (secondary) for API and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, ideally Integrate.io.
  • Strong data documentation and presentation skills (Google Sheets, Excel)


Nice to Have

  • Experience building monitoring and alert systems for data pipelines.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms and retail integrations.
  • Background in migrating pipelines into native AWS solutions.
