What We’re Looking For
Our client, a fast-growing US-based growth agency specializing in scaling DTC and e-commerce brands, is seeking a Creative Strategist to help craft performance-driven campaigns. This role is about transforming small ideas into compelling ads that convert, with a sharp focus on buyer psychology and platform culture. If you’re passionate about turning insights into creative that feels authentic in the feed, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, inspiring briefs for UGC, video, static design, and motion assets.
- Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions, expanding early ideas into scalable campaign concepts.
- Apply consumer psychology and conversion principles to ensure creative drives results.
- Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta trends to create authentic, platform-native content.
- Collaborate with creators by writing briefs that align with their unique voice and style.
- Ensure strategies and concepts translate seamlessly across both static and video formats.
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency or in-house experience in creative strategy for DTC and e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of buyer behavior, consumer psychology, and performance-driven marketing.
- Experience writing briefs for UGC-style content and creator collaborations.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn notes into compelling direction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Must be available 9 AM to 5 PM ET
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with creative frameworks for conversion-focused advertising.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in the creative process.
- Knowledge of behavioral psychology as it relates to online purchasing decisions.
