What we're looking for 

You’re a detail Retoucher who thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments and genuinely cares about image quality. You love working closely with photographers and creative teams in real time, and you take ownership of making imagery look consistently premium, polished, and on-brand.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing UK-based D2C brand in the affordable luxury space, known for its trend-led jewellery and strong creative standards. The culture is collaborative, hands-on, and quality-focused, with a studio team that values speed, feedback, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Retouch jewellery imagery across e-commerce pack shots, model shots, still life, and campaign assets.
• Own the end-to-end retouching process, from raw files to final approved assets.
• Ensure absolute consistency in metal color, stone color, shine, shadows, and overall finish.
• Work closely with photographers, producers, creatives, and e-commerce partners in real time.
• Deliver assets at pace to support frequent launches and tight deadlines.
• Provide clear upstream feedback to photography to reduce inefficiencies and retouch time.

Requirements

• Advanced Photoshop skills and strong technical retouching fundamentals.
• Proven experience retouching jewellery products for e-commerce (high-volume environments).
• Deep attention to detail, especially with polished, premium, and over-retouched imagery.
• Experience working with strict brand standards and detailed retouch notes.
• Ability to manage multiple image categories and fast-moving launches.
• Full-time availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time, with near full team overlap.

Nice to Have

• Background in beauty retouching.
• Experience creating or formalizing retouching guidelines.
• Experience reviewing, guiding, or supporting freelance retouchers.
• Comfort collaborating closely with photographers, producers, and creative leads.
