What we're looking for

A US-based digital marketing agency uses data-driven insights and innovative strategies to help small businesses grow through better-performing marketing channels. They work with different clients across lead generation and e-commerce, and they are looking for a Media Buyer to join their paid media team. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and launch paid media campaigns from scratch across Meta and Google Ads for a diverse client portfolio.
• Optimize and refresh live campaigns to continuously improve lead generation performance.
• Manage day-to-day campaign tasks autonomously, with senior oversight available when needed.
• Support paid social strategy across multiple accounts, with a strong focus on Meta.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to align on goals, performance, and account priorities.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven lead generation campaign experience across multiple client accounts.
• Ability to optimize live campaigns independently without heavy hand-holding.
• Mid-level seniority with the ability to execute efficiently and take ownership of tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or conversion event setup.
