We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who combines creative thinking with operational excellence. You bring a hands-on approach to recruitment, know how to navigate multiple priorities without losing focus, and are confident owning client relationships from end to end. You thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly while staying detail-obsessed, and consistently deliver high-quality results. You’re strategic, collaborative, and excited to help companies grow by connecting them with the right talent.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing and vetting to coordinating interviews and closing offers.
  • Manage client relationships independently, lead syncs, and act as a strategic hiring partner across accounts.
  • Ensure every candidate presented to a client meets high quality standards, with clear and thorough vetting notes.
  • Guide candidates through the process, keeping them prepared and engaged at every stage.
  • Support internal hiring initiatives, mentor junior recruiters, and help improve team workflows and documentation.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in agency or client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Strong client management skills with experience leading calls and presenting candidates directly.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Attention to detail and accountability for the quality of every step in the process.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with global or startup clients.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Airtable.
  • Previous mentorship or leadership experience within a recruitment team.
