What we're looking for 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based marketing company that manages high-performing paid social campaigns for consumer brands. You’ll join a performance-driven team where testing, iteration, and clear execution are the norm. In this role, you’ll step directly into active campaigns, supporting day-to-day optimization, pacing, and creative testing across paid channels. If you enjoy hands-on work, moving quickly, and turning data into actionable improvements, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns primarily on Meta Ads.
• Monitor performance, make day-to-day optimizations, and ensure pacing aligns with goals.
• Support A/B tests, creative rotation, and audience experimentation.
• Pull data, build simple reports, and highlight actionable insights.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and performance logs.
• Collaborate closely with the performance team to implement strategies and share learnings.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimization methods, and testing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with clarity and consistency.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
• Familiarity with ad tracking tools, attribution concepts, and paid social workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Ads or Axon Ads.
• Exposure to US or international ad accounts.
• Comfort working with creative teams or implementing structured testing frameworks.
