What we’re looking for

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking an FBA Specialist to play a key role in managing and optimizing Amazon fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central who thrives in a detail-oriented environment. You’ll ensure smooth and timely fulfillment by overseeing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining compliance with Amazon’s requirements. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and the company’s success in the competitive e-commerce marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end creation and execution of shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers using Amazon Seller Central.
  • Coordinate with approved carriers, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s shipping requirements and label protocols.
  • Track shipments and proactively address delivery or transit issues.
  • Monitor and analyze FBA inventory, including optimizing stock levels to reduce costs and maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support data accuracy through ERP systems for inventory and shipment management.
  • Communicate regularly with managers to align on KPIs, deliverables, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically in managing FBA shipments and inventory.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon’s carrier requirements, shipment creation, and storage fee structures.
  • Experience handling Amazon FBA operations with annual sales volumes of $10M–$25M.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking inventory and shipments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work within European or Eastern Standard Time zones.


Nice to Have

  • Experience collaborating with international suppliers, particularly in China.
  • Background in e-commerce operations beyond Amazon FBA.
  • Familiarity with process improvement or cost optimization strategies
