What we're looking for

We're a fast-growing US-based e-commerce community and membership platform connecting 700+ world-class founders through exclusive networking events and regional chapters. We're looking for an Events Coordinator who thrives in managing the complete event lifecycle and takes pride in flawless execution. You're the person who anticipates problems before they happen and already has a backup plan when the venue calls with bad news.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for global founder social events and lead-generation events, including venue sourcing, registration page setup, and invitation management.
  • Brief event hosts per city, create host checklists, and ensure every stakeholder is aligned before events go live.
  • Support 20 region-based chapter events simultaneously, managing logistics and coordination across multiple formats and locations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot during event execution, including occasional weekend availability to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Follow up with hosts post-event to evaluate performance and schedule future events (target: every other month).

Requirements

  • Proven event coordination experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Strong English communication skills (accent acceptable) and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability during core hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
  • Valid US travel visa (tourist/travel, not work visa) and willingness to travel to the US up to twice per year.
  • Proficiency with project management and database tools, or a strong ability to learn quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Background in hospitality, business, event management, or communications.
  • Familiarity with Airtable (database) and ClickUp (task management).
  • Additional flexibility to travel to the US more frequently if centrally located.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • US holidays.
  • Annual bonus.
