What we're looking for 

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based growth marketing agency that helps top eCommerce brands scale through paid media and creative strategy. They’re a passionate, collaborative team driven by one mission: to help clients grow profitably while delivering an exceptional partnership experience.

As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll be the central link between internal teams and external clients—keeping projects moving, communication flowing, and deadlines on track. You’ll thrive in this role if you love structure, collaboration, and bringing order to creative chaos.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate internal resources and schedules to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
  • Lead communication between internal creative, media, and strategy teams.
  • Join weekly client calls, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items.
  • Create and manage tasks in Asana for both ad hoc and recurring deliverables.
  • Support account managers with project planning and client updates.
  • Maintain organized systems in Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Notion.
  • Ensure every deliverable (from Meta ads to email creatives) meets client expectations.
  • Track progress and proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed and engaged.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media (especially Meta Ads) and creative projects.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce brands and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Notion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with email marketing and landing page production.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI-driven campaign strategy.
  • Background in client-facing roles with eCommerce or DTC brands.
