What We’re Looking For

Join a fast-growing performance marketing agency that partners with exciting DTC brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle. This US-based company specializes in crafting high-converting email strategies that drive retention and growth. Their team blends creative thinking with data-driven execution—and they’re looking for someone like you to help shape campaigns that deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, brief, and manage weekly email and SMS campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands.
• Build and schedule emails in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) with precision targeting and dynamic content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
• Analyze performance and share insights based on key metrics like CTR, conversions, and revenue.
• Communicate clearly with clients around timelines, approvals, and results.
• Keep campaign calendars organized and up to date.
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and creative to continuously improve results.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and email marketing regulations.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing (agency or eCommerce is a plus).
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines with ease.
• Sharp eye for detail—you catch mistakes before they happen.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into actions.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics is a bonus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SMS campaign management.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices.
• Comfort using project management tools like Asana or Trello.
