What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing company connecting leading U.S. and Canadian brands with everyday consumers through exclusive coupons, is seeking an Email Marketing Manager. With a new membership program launching in November, this role is a chance to take full ownership of lifecycle communications, driving growth, engagement, and long-term customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage email and SMS channels using Klaviyo and Postscript.
• Audit existing flows and ad-hoc campaigns in the first 30 days, then transition to full execution ownership.
• Design, implement, and optimize reporting frameworks and analytics for campaign performance within 60 days.
• Support the launch of a new membership program, focusing on upsells, subscriptions, and LTV growth within 90 days.
• Oversee lifecycle initiatives, including email capture, A/B testing, post-purchase flows, and review management.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to develop engaging creative assets.
• Evaluate, recommend, and help integrate new tools such as pop-ups and platform integrations.

Requirements

• Proven agency background with both hands-on and strategic email/SMS marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, reporting, and lifecycle optimization.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge, Slack, and GSuite.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with subscription-based or membership programs.
• Familiarity with coupon or e-commerce marketing.
• Advanced reporting/dashboard creation skills.
