What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based DTC brand focused on scaling customer acquisition through high-performing paid social. The team is lean, global, and highly entrepreneurial, with a strong focus on testing, iteration, and creativity that drives revenue. You’ll work closely with strategists and founders, with the autonomy to experiment, move fast, and push creative boundaries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit high-converting video ads for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
• Turn UGC, testimonials, and product footage into performance-driven creatives.
• Apply direct-response principles like strong hooks, pacing, and clear CTAs.
• Produce multiple variations for testing and optimization.
• Integrate AI-generated visuals and assets into your edits.
• Collaborate with strategists to iterate based on performance data.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience editing direct-response or DTC video ads.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and solid experience across the Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and text overlays.
• Strong understanding of ad structure, including hooks, problem-solution flow, and social proof.
• Experience creating ads for scaling DTC brands.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver consistent iterations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI creative tools like Runway, MidJourney, or similar.
• Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Graphic Design skills
• Exposure to UGC, AI-generated content, and B-roll/voiceover formats.
