What we're looking for 

We are looking on behalf of a fast-growing US-based AI-driven consumer healthcare company operating multiple DTC health and wellness brands. They are scaling access to personalized care across their portfolio and need a hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to own approximately $1M/month in paid social spend and drive customer acquisition at scale. You will work directly with the CEO to build a paid social machine that performs.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own setup, launch, optimization, and scaling of paid social campaigns across multiple brands, with a primary focus on Meta Ads (prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, and budget allocation).
  • Analyze performance across CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, CVR, and contribution margin, turning data into clear recommendations on what to scale, pause, rebuild, or test next.
  • Test and grow additional paid social channels, including Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, X, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Work closely with creative, design, and growth teams to translate performance insights into stronger ad concepts, briefs, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Maintain clear reporting and communicate what is working, what is not, and what we should do next.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC, ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness, or subscription businesses.
  • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing at scale.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, CVR, CPA, payback period, contribution margin).
  • Ability to structure clean, creative tests, audience tests, and funnel experiments, and comfort working with designers, creative strategists, and copywriters.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports in spreadsheets, ad platforms, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to move fast, operate without heavy process, and create structure where needed.


Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling paid social for DTC health, beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or products simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ad creation, performance analysis, or creative iteration.
  • Understanding of platform policies for health, beauty, or medical advertising.
