What we're looking for 

You’re a detail-driven Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn feedback into strong, on-brand creative, fast. You’ll join a remote-first, US-based company operating in the iGaming and sports betting space, supporting multiple brands and campaigns across ads, social, landing pages, content, and events.


The culture is flexible, proactive, and sometimes a little chaotic. Priorities can shift quickly, live feedback is common, and adaptability is key. You’ll work closely with a small team that includes a marketing lead and fellow designers, balancing independent execution with real-time collaboration.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design LinkedIn creative assets, including static images, carousels, and infographics aligned with brand tone and messaging.
  • Create marketing graphics for blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
  • Develop data-driven visuals such as charts, metrics, and performance stats that clearly communicate insights like value over volume, CAC to LTV, predictive LTV, and attribution.
  • Design event-related materials, including dinner series invitations, event landing page visuals, and social promotion assets.
  • Support campaign creative across paid ads, promotional banners, and thought-leadership visuals.
  • Produce light video or motion design for short social clips or simple animations.
  • Iterate quickly based on live feedback calls and evolving priorities.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage requests via Asana.


Requirements

  • Strong Figma skills and confidence designing digital-first assets.
  • Graphic design experience comparable to a mid-level designer.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines closely and maintain visual consistency.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute changes.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to live feedback.
  • Basic familiarity with landing page layouts and performance-focused creative.


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience at an agency or working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Video editing experience.
  • Experience designing across multiple brands.
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools or Canva.
