What we're looking for 

Our client, a fast-growing wellness brand known for its neuro energy and focus products, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative team to produce digital assets and print designs across paid media, web, email, and retail. You’re comfortable taking clear direction, owning execution end to end, and jumping between multiple projects. This is a hands-on role within a founder-led, startup-style culture that values ownership, collaboration, and strong visual standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute high-quality design work across paid media, social ads, web, email, and landing pages.
• Design retail and sales materials, packaging assets, and print-ready files.
• Translate clear creative direction into polished assets without hand-holding.
• Manage multiple requests at once while maintaining speed and attention to detail.
• Prepare files correctly for print using industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to support ongoing brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in graphic design with a deep focus on visual design.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and layout.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for digital and web-based design.
• Solid print production knowledge (dielines, CMYK, Pantone, DPI, file setup).
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with CPG or product-based brands.
• Background in retail, packaging, or print-heavy environments.
• Experience designing email templates and landing pages.
• Ability to contribute ideas within an established creative strategy.
